Funding For the SPRINT Scheme

Technology projects involving Human Resources can be supported with European grant assistance. The SPRINT programme benefits when implementing technology and graduate calibre resources on an ICT related project. The scheme is aimed at retaining and developing technology skills within small to medium sized businesses in South Yorkshire.

SPRINT is administered by REACT, The Regional Technology Centre, providing access to training, support and resource through its consultancy, project management services and partners.

Each project is funded up to 40% of cost through the Invest In Skills programme in conjunction with the Learning + Skills Council & Action 4 Employment.

Are you Eligible?
Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs 1-250 employees) The programme can also support a small number of larger companies. All companies must be based in South Yorkshire (Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield).
Eligible Sectors include; Engineering, Manufacturing including high-tech manufacturing, Food, Tourism and Leisure, Creative and Cultural, ICT / Digital, Bio Science, Environmental and Energy Technologies, Business Professional and Financial Services.
